Use in the same way as our traditional Teriyaki Marinade – simply pour over your meat, poultry, fish or vegetables for a unique and delicious taste. This aromatic mix of Kikkoman’s famed naturally brewed soy sauce, plus wine and spices, adds flavour right through the food but because this version is wheat-free, it is also suitable for those with coeliac disease or a gluten allergy. There are no artificial flavourings or colourings – and no thick, sticky sauce to burn.
