Gluten-free flour mix (Rice, potato tapioca, maize, buckwheat, mono-sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum,) granulated sugar, Demerara sugar, cocoa, salt, vanilla powder.
You will need: 140m vegetable oil, 260ml water, 150g chocolate or dairy-free chocolate (vegan option) and an 8-inch baking tin
Preheat the oven to 1600.
Method: Line the tin with baking paper.
Add oil, water and the chopped chocolate to the dry mix.
Stir all the ingredients together until combined.
Spread the mix evenly into the tin, then bake in the oven for 30 mins until the middle is slightly firm to the touch.

Make sure the brownie is completely cool before removing it from the tray
